Change with Accept

My Philosophy

尽人事听天命,李汝珍·《镜花缘》

Execute the best efforts to reach our goals, and accept the journey that life eventually sets us upon

Across my work as a clinical psychologist, founder, and community educator, I am guided by a central idea: we can learn to accept the experiences life brings—wanted or unwanted—while committing to actions that create meaning, connection, and the purpose we wake up for every morning.

Life arrives as a package. When we open it, we find things we welcome and things we never would have chosen. At times, life is generous and joyful. At other times, without our permission, it changes direction through loss, illness, trauma, disappointment, or an accident we never saw coming.

In these difficult moments, wisdom is not about denying pain or forcing ourselves to feel better. It is about learning how to carry what hurts while continuing to move toward what matters. We may not be able to choose everything life brings, but we can choose how we meet it, how we respond, and what kind of life we continue to build.

I believe this wisdom already lives within each person. Across my work as a clinical psychologist, founder, and community educator, I am committed to helping people discover that inner knowledge and take steps toward a life with meaning, connection, and purpose.
